Silvio Carta Giniu Gin is produced by Silvio Carta in Sardinia, Italy, and bottled at 40% ABV. It is distilled with fresh Sardinian Coccolone juniper berries, a variety native to the island, alongside grain neutral spirit and water. Serve neat, over ice, or with a light tonic to allow the juniper character to come through.
