Opal Saltlakkrís is a licorice and salmiak liqueur produced by Ölgerðin in Iceland, at 19% ABV. It is based on a traditional Icelandic combination of licorice extract and ammonium chloride (salmiak). Serve chilled neat or over ice; also used in cocktails.
