Luxardo Limoncello is an Italian lemon liqueur produced by Girolamo Luxardo in Italy, made by infusing lemon peel in alcohol, then blending with water and sugar. It is bottled at 27% ABV. Limoncello is traditionally served well-chilled as a digestivo, and also works in cocktails and dessert recipes.
