Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 is a Tennessee whiskey produced at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee, USA, established in 1866. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is made from a grain mash of corn, rye and malted barley and is charcoal mellowed through sugar-maple charcoal before maturation in charred white oak barrels — the Lincoln County Process that distinguishes Tennessee whiskey from bourbon. It is commonly served neat, on ice, or as the base of a Jack and Coke.
