Grand Marnier Rouge is an orange liqueur produced by Marnier-Lapostolle in France, made from a blend of Cognac (51%) and bitter orange flavouring, with added sugar and caramel colour (E150a). It has an ABV of 40%. It is used in cocktails, desserts, and is a classic accompaniment to crêpes Suzette.
