Aalborg Jubilæums Akvavit is a Danish aquavit produced by Arcus AS under the Aalborg brand in Denmark. It is distilled from neutral grain spirit and flavoured with herbs and spices, bottled at 38% ABV. Akvavit is traditionally served chilled in a shot glass alongside Scandinavian dishes such as herring, smoked salmon, or cold cuts.
